“First, it's not an abuse of the system. It is not the taking of a government payout to the detriment of taxpayers, and it is not hiding of your assets. Quite to the contrary: you have contributed your entire life to the system, so it is time, as you get older, to maybe benefit from it if the need arises.”

It's a plan that you actually prepare, and it is possible that you never call upon it, which is something, ironically enough, that I always tell my clients: that I wish that you never, that we never have to call on to this legal plan. But if need be, it's prepared and it's ready to go.”
